Eiralis is built on HIPAA and PHIPA frameworks. Full policy coming at launch. Until then, here is what you need to know.
What we collect
Only what is needed to deliver the structured assessment you are requesting. Nothing we collect is sold. Nothing we collect is used for advertising.
How we protect it
Encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls. Audit logs. Data handling aligned to HIPAA (US) and PHIPA (Ontario) frameworks.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion. Write to privacy@eiralis.ai.
What this site collects today
Eiralis is not yet open to the public, so this site does not process health information. The only information it holds is what you type into one of its four forms and submit deliberately.
- — Early access: your email address, country and region, confirmation that you are over 18, and optionally your employer and any notes you add.
- — Pilot interest: your name, work email, role, organization and organization type, country and region, and any notes you add.
- — Safety reports: the category and description you submit. An email address is optional here, and reports may be sent anonymously.
- — Contact: your name, email, topic, and message.
Each submission is stored with the time it was received, and is used to reply to you and to plan early access. It is not used for anything else.
No tracking on this site
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no profile of you here to build, because nothing is collected until you choose to send it.
Questions before the full policy
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, write to privacy@eiralis.ai and say so plainly. If something about how this site handles information looks wrong to you, the safety page takes reports under a privacy category, and those are read.
